Volkswagen Bank GmbH acquires a 20% stake in Cashpresso

Volkswagen Bank GmbH acquires a 20% stake in our portfolio company Credi2 GmbH, known for its product Cashpresso. The company is leading in servicing financial institutions in developing fully digital processes for credit handling, from application processes to payback management. In the medium term, Cashpresso is to become the service provider for credit offers from VW Bank. Other VW Financial Services companies will soon be integrated via a modular system.
