Together with more than 20 other venture capitalists, we have developed a sustainability clause with which we and our portfolio companies will strive for more climate protection. The Sustainability Clause will be integrated into future termsheets and shareholder agreements. According to the clause, companies should measure their CO2 emissions, implement reduction measures such as adjusting their travel policies (preferring train instead of plane) or switching to a green electricity provider. Being part of this initiative, we want to make a significant contribution to climate protection.
