Finch Capital acquires leading Open Banking Player NDGIT

Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich and Warsaw - Nov 16, 2023

Crastorehill, majority-owned by Europe's leading growth investor Finch Capital, has successfully acquired our portfolio company NDGIT and Qwist (formerly finleap connect), becoming a 100% shareholder in both companies in a strategic move to dominate the open banking market. The acquisition is in line with Crastorehill's ambition to drive a second wave of value creation in open banking, capitalising on the opportunities presented by the forthcoming PSD3 regulation. This evolution, combined with the complementary strengths of Qwist and ndgit, positions Crastorehill at the forefront of innovation in open banking.

To lead this transformation, Crastorehill has appointed Matt Colebourne as its new CEO. Colebourne is passionate about the potential of open standards, likening it to the transformative impact of the internet. With a focus on solving challenges, enabling faster processes and improving customer interactions, Crastorehill aims to lead the way in this evolving landscape.
